Our flagship program — a structured, practice-oriented workshop series designed to equip migrants and refugees with essential knowledge for life in Germany.
Community Coaches Classic (CCC) is a structured workshop series consisting of 10 comprehensive modules. Developed by experts in integration, education, and social work, CCC covers every essential topic that newcomers need to understand and navigate life in Germany successfully. The program is 100% community-based, meaning it is designed and delivered by trained community coaches — many of whom have personal migration experience — ensuring culturally sensitive, relatable, and practical learning.
Every module in the CCC program adheres to strict quality standards that ensure consistency, effectiveness, and participant satisfaction across all our locations.
Every session collects structured participant feedback to continuously improve content delivery and coach performance.
All coaches complete our rigorous training program and maintain certification through ongoing professional development.
Materials and instruction available in German, English, Arabic, Farsi, French, Turkish, and Russian with interpreter support.
Content is reviewed and updated bi-annually to reflect changes in German law, policy, and best practices in integration.
Pre- and post-program assessments track participant knowledge growth and behavioral change for demonstrable outcomes.
All materials follow accessibility guidelines, with options for low-literacy participants and those with disabilities.
