Can I visit your office without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00), though we recommend scheduling an appointment for consultations to ensure a coach is available for you. You can always drop in for general information.

In which languages can I communicate?

Our team speaks German, English, Arabic, Farsi, French, Turkish, and Russian. If your language is not listed, let us know and we'll arrange interpreter support. You can indicate your preferred language in the contact form.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We comply strictly with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation). Your personal data is stored securely, used only for the purpose you've provided, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
